Good idea though! You can join in on mine and Katie's challenge. This time we decided to individualize it based on what we each were trying to do. Also, I do think setting this goal of a half marathon has helped motivate me.<br /><br />I don't think I know anyone else who has had as many near death experiences as you. And then when I finished "I almost died!" It was waaaay to dark on stretches of the run to the point where it was probably unsafe. <br /><br />Anyway, I could totally use some motivation tips as well. I'll be really good for a few days and then I'll fall off for about a week or two. What else can I do to keep it up?? <br /><br />Also, cardio suggestions: Dance. You don't need music, just dance. Have a party in your head! And plus, last time I checked you have a voice so you could sing. Forget about singing on key, just do it. It'll be fun.
